Faith
Bates, Miss Fort Worth, was named 3rd Runner-up to
Miss Texas 2009. She sang
Con te partiṛ during the
talent competition and was a preliminary talent winner. Faith was also the
recipient of a $300 Special Judges Award scholarship for the Miss Texas
Community Service award and the winner of the Miss America - Texas Community Service Award
and a $1000 Scholarship.
